THE BEST! Excellent communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Smart, creative, and dedicated. Susan is a true professional and an extremely talented real estate agent. She listened to me, and while giving advice and counsel, still allowed me to make the decisions. Using data and experience, she continually analyzed the market and kept me posted with her analyses and recommendations. She was my partner during the entire process and did anything it took to sell my house, e.g., using her connections to get the word out, multiple open houses, and several special touches. Susan was absolutely amazing in terms of helping us find our perfect home! She literally went the extra mile, lining up multiple property viewings at short notice since we had to fly out to view them within a very limited time window.
