Asking Tasha to be my realtor was an easy decision. I didn’t know her very well, but had heard of her, and knew she volunteered and helped in our community. Five years ago she helped me last minute, late one night, notarize forms regarding the death of my father, and I knew if I ever needed her, I would go to her. I’m going through a divorce and was selling the house by myself. Tasha helped me every step of the way. She explained the process to me, and really is an expert in her field! She constantly talked me through things, reminded me of deadlines, and was so compassionate, caring, and kind. There were times that she would come to my house to walk through and check things for me because I didn’t know what to do. The inspector had a question, and she stopped by, again, to help answer him, when I, again, didn’t know what to do. She assisted me in finding a rental and talked to the landlord for me to vouch that I was a good person and could pay my rent, since I was starting over with no credit or job. Tasha went out of her way to help me, and going “above and beyond” doesn’t even begin to describe what she did for me. I know she is there for me, lifelong! And as a side note, we only showed the house for 3 days and had 8 offers!

Tasha was great to work with! She was empathetic to our situation, thorough, and data driven! She was always available to answer questions and extremely knowledgeable about the market. As predicted, We had multiple offers above asking and were under contract on our terms within 48 hours of listing. It is clear why Tasha and Team Miller are one of the top realtors in Naperville!

Tasha was the absolute best from start to finish. She is extremely responsive and had the best advice, resulting in us getting TOP DOLLAR for our home. Our mantra throughout the process was "Tasha was right"...we cannot recommend Team Miller highly enough!

Tasha helped us everything from the beginning (even before listing) to ending (closing and beyond). Everything went smoothly. She resolves issues quickly and provides professional services. We will definitely use her again for real estate needs

Tasha was amazing! She came to our house and sat down with us and told us that she was going to be able to get us our asking price. She told us it would sell within three days, and she was spot on! Actually, she got us more than our asking price. She had a lady come out and help stage the house and she has this app that makes it really easy to accept or decline showings, and the one thing she tried very hard to do for me (that I probably made impossible for her) was to help me to relax and let her take care of things. She really takes the pressure off selling a home, and if I know anyone that’s going to sell a home, I will definitely recommend Tasha. She’s not just a great realtor. She’s become a great friend!
