Ryan Marshall did an outstanding job selling our home. He actually sold it before it even hit the market. It was shared on the private network and we ended up getting more than our asking price, which honestly exceeded our expectations. I’ll admit, I was a little worried that we might have been asking for too much. Ryan was confident in the pricing strategy and clearly understood the market demand. He was spot on. His knowledge and experience really showed, and the results proved it. From start to finish, Ryan made the entire process incredibly easy. He handled just about everything and kept us informed every step of the way. He did a fantastic job with the photos and drone footage, managed the showings seamlessly, and gave great advice on how to prep the house so it would present at its best. What could have been a stressful experience felt simple and well organized because of Ryan. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Lori did an excellent job. She is Professional, sincere and hard working person. She created a timeline about each step that seller has to go through to put house in a Market. She was aware of my ill health and made sure I have enough time to get out of the house for showing. 2 times, I had to stay home because I was sick. She updated about the detail process for closing and present at the time during sign and made sure everything is done write. She went above and beyond to give a reliable Mover which made our job easier. Her entire team works with collaboration, which made it possible to sale home faster. We are very happy that we selected her as our Realtor and recommended other friends who are .looking to move in a few years. Lori, thank you from the bottom of our heart for helping us. Lori and her team were invaluable not only in simply assisting in selling my home but also in navigating and problem solving when issues arise.
