Lori and her team were invaluable not only in simply assisting in selling my home but also in navigating and problem solving when issues arise. I encountered problems caused by previous tenants and a construction issue that were daunting, overwhelming and intimidating for a first time home owner. Lori and her team were involved in several years of renting my house as well as utilizing contractors to resolve obstacles. Lori Johanneson and her team were absolutely fabulous to work with in selling our home. She impressed us immediately with her professionalism and knowledge and her assertive approach to getting our home on the market. She followed through the entire selling process with a topnotch marketing approach, timely communication, and expertise. Lori and her team prepared a professional marketing video and brochure, utilized social media, and provided very useful staging recommendations to boost our home sale. She was attentive to details such as providing shoe covers and worked extremely hard for us in providing open houses. She was very responsive to any of our questions and needs and was transparent in her feedback and recommendations. We are so grateful that we had Lori and her team to sell our home.
