Very rude told me not to waste her time and asked for a pre approval before seeing the home. Did not offer me to see no other solution or ask that many questions afterwards. Do not recommend this realtor

Ann is highly professional and provided very good guidance during all our home visits. I would recommend her for all first time buyers. She is very patient and has good knowledge and expertise in local area.

After listing with another agency for 6 months and not getting any tangible results, we decided to try Ann. Let me tell you that you will never find a better person to sell your home. Other agents wanted us to spend lots of money right from the start, Ann walked us through possibilities to change if a buyer made something an issue to make an offer. Our first full-price offer came less than one week after listing. Most agents would stop there. Ann, on the other hand, went the extra mile time and time again to make sure everything went smoothly. And when it had hiccups, Ann was right there talking to the buyer's agent, and others to make everyone comfortable with the sale. So if you want to sell your house, call Anne.

Working with Ann deVane was truly a pleasure. We were in our house she helped us sell for 29 years. We had weren't sure how to go about the process. She communicated clearly what we needed to do to get the house ready & solved problems through the process in a timely manner. Ann marketed the house correctly through market research.
