Teresa Ryan and Mike Loewer made first home buying experience a a pleasure. The first day Mike took us out to see homes was a winter day with temperatures near -30. Sorry about that, Mike. However, he did not complain or hesitate to see homes with us. Throughout the process Mike was engaged, responsive and flexible with his time. We ended up finding a home within our preferences, closed quickly and have begun to make our space our own. Mike was very helpful in helping us purchase our first home! He made sure that we were comfortable with what we were doing and where we were searching. He was always available and we always felt that he had our best interests in mind! I would not want anyone else handling our real estate needs in the future but Mike!

last year we hired Re-Max agent and got very painful experiences. Mike did his job professional ...advertisement and what WE CARED... and pick the good tenants for us. certainly we need more time to prove it such as whether the tenants take care our yards well and no malicious damage to our house. we would keep long relationship with him very likely.
