Nathan was the BEST. Super helpful throughout the whole process and really thoughtful. He helped me and my husband buy our first home and was really patient and kind, felt really comfortable having him on our team to help us. 12/10 would recommend him. I really appreciate Nathan and all his hard work helping us navigate everything. If we ever decide to sell/move, Nathan will be my first call. You’re in amazing hands with him.

Nathan was excellent to work with. Very family oriented. Nathan goes above and beyond for you and your family. Will go to bat for you without hesitation. We have had a long-standing relationship with Nathan Stillwell, he has assisted us on more than one real estate deal. Recently, he has managed our last two transactions, including the sale of our home and acquiring a rental property. Navigating today’s market, especially trying to target the right buyer with today’s interest-rates, Nathan found us a buyer and had us under contract within two days of being on market and had us closed on time without moving our closing date. He worked with the other agent to secure a buyer out of state, using a video tour and walked us through the entire process. It had been a bit since we had our last investment property under him & everything went as smoothly and professionally as we could’ve hoped. In regards to finding a rental property, inventory has been so limited, our new landlord had some questions which were quickly answered by Nathan and the rental property has been secured, making our transition rather seamless. We had originally started looking for a rental property on our own, but with today’s climate his experience and professionalism, along with his willingness to make personal connections for his clients allowed for us to secure a new home. It was turning into a long winded and stressful experience for us but Nathan made it much easier and had us in a new home within a week. I would highly recommend working with someone who is as personable, professional, and experienced as Nathan.

Recently Nathan has represented us for both the purchase and sale of our home. Nathan was just wonderful to work with! Nathan Stillwell was recommended by a mutual colleague. He was immediately responsive and made it a point to listen to my family's needs before looking at a single home. Nathan was respectful of our time and mindful of our needs during a frenzied market. Once engaged in showings, he was tireless pursuing multiple listing and strategies to meet our complex requirements. I was most impressed with his demeanor during negotiations, Nathan was calm and pragmatic working through the contract. Just outstanding!
