I'll start by saying that if you are looking for a Realtor in the East Bay - Suman and Aarti are your girls. Period. In a search for our first home - we quickly learned how exhausting, confusing, and emotional it can be…and I can not imagine making it through with anyone else! They held our hand, went along with us as we changed our minds countless times, and were absolute cheerleaders for us through the process. They have an extensive network in the area and extremely great reputations - which goes a long way when working with agents on the other side. They are great negotiators and ultimately landed us the PERFECT home at an incredible price (far below appraised value)!! They are excellent communicators and were always proactive and reachable at all hours (seriously we've chatted with them at 5am and midnight). They made us feel like we were their only clients and provided an extremely curated and personalized experience - 5+ star, white glove service! A huge added benefit is Suman's extensive knowledge and vision for renovations. Having gone through projects herself, she has relevant, and interesting ideas to help you see a vision for your home and not get stuck in the current state. Absolutely zero complaints and I would refer them to everyone I knew (and have) in a heart beat! Our story below … We ran into this duo completely by chance at an open house in our neighborhood, long before we were seriously looking for homes. They immediately took us under their very wing and set up time to educate us about the home buying process and answer all our dumb questions. The invested time getting to know us as people and what we were looking for in a home - all of this knowing that we still were not seriously house hunting. We started slowly with a few house hunting weekends, and guided us about pros and cons on all the houses we saw to help us better understand what type of home and area would actually serve us. We were all over the place, and they were so patient - listening intently and nudging us slowly toward the right homes based on what they heard. We saw countless home, and I can say without a doubt that every house they showed us ticked many of our boxes - there was no time wasted on homes that were "immediate nos" and it felt like the experience was curated incredibly! As things started heating up and we got serious, Suman and Aarti geared up to speed right by our side. We saw houses almost every day - finding windows for viewings around our crazy schedules. We submitted 3 offers and each was a roller coaster… We even completely pivoted the type of home we were looking for right in the thick of it including backing out of one of the offers - and they pivoted with ease not making us feel bad or guilty about not knowing exactly we wanted. The craziest part is that the home we ultimately ended up buying (and are absolutely enamored with), was a home that Aarti found and INSISTED we go visit. The timings were tough to manage and we had our eyes set on another home, but THANK GOD that she pushed us to come see it. Through this process, Suman and Aarti had learned more about what would serve us in a home than we ourselves knew!! That is how amazing these girls are- literal mind readers. They negotiated hard and advocated for us fiercely. We ended up getting an incredible deal and would have certainly not been able to do the same without their strong support! And their help didn't stop there… during the 21 day close, Suman must have gone over to the house 20+ times to check on things and finalize every detail. They stayed in constant communication with us and made sure we made it to the finish line without any hiccups. They even made us the most thoughtful gift basket when they finally handed us our keys - filled with inside jokes and sweet things! Things you would only see from the closest friends and family. Ultimately that's what these two are to us now - family! They are still our first call as we come up to speed on all things "home owner" and always have the best recommendations for vendors and amazing advice to tow. I can not thank them enough for how much time and energy they poured into this journey with us. They are simply THE BEST.

Suman did outstanding with her work, she has excellent knowledge of the subject. Being first time buyer we were apprehensive about lot of things, however she guided us along the journey. We had lots of questions about buying, schooling, property appreciation, she answered patiently, was prompt with answers.

10/5 STARS! THIS IS YOUR REALTOR. I apologize that this review is so long, but I have so many great things to say about Suman. The relief of having a realtor I could talk openly with, ask my questions, and I knew would get me the best outcome was such a dream. After meeting with several realtors, I immediately felt Suman was the right choice for us. Her presence was comfortable and friendly, but also so professional and knowledgable. I instantly felt her level of experience and trusted she could handle whatever was thrown at her. (Turns out our house through a lot at her.) She thoroughly reviewed the upgrades we had already made to our home, happily provided input on paint colors and other aesthetic choices, and personally managed the painters and carpeting company we hired, and she connected us with an excellent stagers, inspectors and cleaning team. (The cleaning team did an AMAZING job!) We had to leave town prior to listing and we literally handed the keys to Suman and she handled everything from there. During the showing process she called us regularly with updates and insight, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and helped us make decisions like when to hire additional inspections, extend the deadline for the offer, etc. I never felt any pressure on decisions, but she provided the information and an opinion when I asked her for one. The outcome was amazing. We got an aggressive offer far above what we were expecting! During the close process there were an almost comical number of complications (none of them were anyone's fault) and Suman provided me updates after she pre-negotiated each one with the buyers on my behalf. She always arrived with detailed information, solutions, options, and a positive attitude that we could find our way through it. I honestly thought we would have to go back to market but she got our deal closed without a single concession or reduction in price! It's such a small thing, but I honestly feel like we became friends in the process. Through a four month prep-listing-closing process I trusted she would find us the best outcomes and honestly worried about the sale very little. She made everything so easy. Definitely hire her.
