Recently we needed to sell our mom’s home in the Glenmoor area of Fremont, California. We never expected it to be such an easy process! In fact, not long after her home was sold, we decided to move and sell our own home that’s in the same neighborhood. Five Stars!! I highly recommend using Les and Becca Belliveau as your realtors. They have extensive knowledge of the housing market and accurately interpreted its trends. They recommended the steps to take to get us top dollar for our house. They have all the contacts needed to prep the house for sale (estate sales, contractors, landscaping etc.) and they did a wonderful job coordinating the work to get our house on the market quickly. They quickly and efficiently completed all the paperwork associated with the sale of our house. They quickly returned all our calls and emails and were very pleasant to work with.
