Five Stars!! I highly recommend using Les and Becca Belliveau as your realtors. They have extensive knowledge of the housing market and accurately interpreted its trends. They recommended the steps to take to get us top dollar for our house. They have all the contacts needed to prep the house for sale (estate sales, contractors, landscaping etc.) and they did a wonderful job coordinating the work to get our house on the market quickly. They quickly and efficiently completed all the paperwork associated with the sale of our house. They quickly returned all our calls and emails and were very pleasant to work with. Becca has been such a blessing throughout the entire house searching and buying process! She walked us through every step of the way from beginning to end, and never wavered from getting us answers. She is such a hard worker and really made us feel supported for everything that comes with searching for your perfect home. She was very timely with offers, communicating with our lender and the seller's and their realtor. We knew that we could rely on her to get us connected with whoever we needed.
