Nicole was great to work with when buying my investment condo in Livermore, CA. She had an amazing amount of knowledge to not only complete the purchase but to help me take the next steps for the rental process. Nicole is an exceptional agent and a wonderful person to work with. We were truly fortunate to be able to work with her twice, once when we bought a home and a few years later recently to sell the same place. Her knowledge of the real estate scene and her insights on how best to market the property and do the necessary updates were very helpful to us. More than that, she worked with us and a very challenging tenant situation and navigated it exceptionally well. She truly went above and beyond to help us properly navigate the situation and sold the home for us in record time. We inherited a house that was in pretty rough shape. Nicole came highly recommended so l contacted her. Nicole and her team did a beautiful job fixing up the house. This included landscaping, stucco, flooring, kitchen and bath remodel and much more. All this was done without us have to spend a dime upfront and at a much lower cost than if we had hired our own contractors. The house was on the market for less than a week and we got a great price! I put my total trust in Nicole and was thrilled with the outcome.
