Steven made the home selling AND buying process the best experience we could’ve EVER asked for. He goes above and beyond for his clients, in more ways than one. He was made for this job! He loves what he does, and truly cares about his clients as if they are family, and it shows. He is extremely knowledgeable on the newest stats and trends for the current market, and truly listens to what his clients needs are. Steven was able to communicate with us in multiple ways and was extremely accommodating. I always knew if there was a problem or concern to call him, and he would handle it, making us feel at ease. He is very professional and always presentable, representing his business with so much pride. We would absolutely recommend Steven for all your real estate needs.

Working with Steven has been nothing short of amazing. He has far exceeded our expectations of a realtor and is the definition of a true pro. My husband and I were moving out of state into a new area that we were unfamiliar with outside of research on google and Zillow. We had recently had a bad experience with a realtor and wanted to make sure to find the right fit to help us find our new home, as we were relocating from out of state. I would describe working with Steven and his team as an “experience” and not a “process”. Upon reaching out to Steven we could already tell we were in great hands. He set up some time to learn more about us as people, and not just what we were looking for in a home. He then used this information to create a curated property tour of various different areas in Tampa, so we could find the right community for us. Steven’s approach was very thoughtful when considering what properties to view while we were in town so we could see the pros and cons of what each area had to offer. Riding along with Steven was like having a personal tour guide to the city, as a life long Tampa resident he knows the ins and out of the town, its history, and is a true champion of the city. We explored a wide variety of properties with different features, styles, locations, and price ranges to weigh all of our options. He never once hard sold us during the process but instead listened to our feedback carefully and adjusted our list of homes to visit in accordance to what would be the best fit for us. Steven was an absolute rockstar in helping us navigate the entire process from finding the perfect area to closing on our home. He takes a great deal of pride in the quality of service he delivers to his clients and industry partners which separates him from the average realtors of the world. As his client, you can tell Steven truly cares about those he works with and has built an incredible network of industry professionals he can refer that will help you out during the process from lenders, contractors, dog sitting, or even the best local eateries to grab a drink and enjoy the bay views. I got Steven's name from another real estate agent selling my mother's house in another part of Florida, and couldn't believe how lucky I was to have him help us. We had to sell my brother's house after his passing, and Steven was beyond helpful in ways I couldn't imagine. He went over and above anything I could have expected, including helping me to line up contractors and cleaning crews to get the house ready to sell. There is no way I could have ever done all of it myself.

Steven was amazing! He truly helped us find our dream home. He went above and beyond in negotiations (no closing cost) and even helped us find local professionals to get our house projects started. Highly recommended!
