Highly recommend! From start to finish Mark was professional, trustworthy, honest, and reliable. He worked with us for a little over a year to find our first home. He worked tirelessly through it all until we found the one. Mark came to open houses or went to see it on his own, he gave his honest opinion, he never pressured us, and most importantly he listened to us and catered to all our needs and wants. He was always there to answer any questions and made the process of looking and putting in offers easy. We felt completely confident by closing day. "It's always difficult to move no matter how long you've lived in a place. But when the place is the home where you have lived for 51 years with your husband and raised a family, the move can easily become traumatic. Tracy made sure that never happened. Her years of experience and expertise made all the difference for me and my husband. She guided us so thoughtfully and professionally through this huge change in our family's life. I have used Tracy twice now and my sister has used her as well, she is wonderful. Very professional & knowledgeable. Any questions I had for both selling my home and when I purchased my new one (and believe me there were many) her quick responses to any questions/concerns I had were greatly appreciated. She made the process so easy for me. She is a great listener and I would highly recommend her.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark, but here it goes. Mark was our realtor for the sale of a family home. It was a very emotional time for all of us. Mark was compassionate and caring throughout the entire process. He has an incredible work ethic that is contagious. As soon as he became our agent, he hit the ground running. Mark arranged a team of people to assist with cleaning, staging and city inspections. Once the house was on the market, it sold in one day. Mark held our hands the entire time and made this process seamless. We now consider Mark family, and we know he will do amazing things in his endeavors.

Our experience with Mark as our realtor was absolutely fantastic. We were moving from across the country, and Mark was an incredible asset to help us feel as comfortable as possible with our search. His work ethic is outstanding and he spent a lot of time creating video tours for every home we were interested in - pointing out potential issues and doing everything he could to make us feel confident with our decisions even though we were mostly remote. We will definitely use Mark as our realtor again in the future.
