Five stars are not enough to express how beyond satisfied we are with everything Dave did for us. We were looking for an investment property and had very vague idea what areas to focus our research on. Being very skeptical at first, after not having the best experience dealing with real estate agents, we started talking to Dave about what we were looking for. Dave exceeded our expectations! He thoroughly explained the entire investment property process to us and recommended cities that based on his own research would give us the highest return on investment. He came to every single open house with us, most of which were an hour away, and were optional for him to come. He gave his honest opinion, pros and cons about each property and answered the numerous questions that we had. Fast forward to a couple of months later and we found our dream investment property. Dave continued walking us through every step of the closing process, letting us know in advance what to expect next, which always made us feel at ease. His clear and open communication, diligence, responsiveness and patience involvement made the entire process go smoothly. We were even able to close two weeks prior to our scheduled date! If it wasn’t for him to co-ordinate all the parties involved (lawyers, buyer’s agent, loan officers, etc.), I don’t think we would’ve been able to do it. After the closing, he stayed in touch with us, provided useful material and insightful information about being a landlord, laws, policies, etc. I would strongly recommend using Dave as your preferred real-estate agent. If you are looking for someone that will get the job done, will not push you (a trait we truly admire in real estate agents), will have your best interest, will go above and beyond – Dave is your guy!

I had searched for what felt like a million homes with other realtors, until a friend recommended I talk with Sharon. She is very nice and definitely intent on helping her clients. After finding a great looking home and getting my offer accepted, Sharon made everything go smoothly and now I live here!

I purchased my first home with the help of Mona in 2017. She made the process of buying our most important asset easy. Mona is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. Especially for first time homebuyers, there can be a level of anxiety and indecision. Mona is a calming rational voice that helps you make the appropriate decision for you and your family. Her intuition gives you all the more confidence in making your ultimate choice. I am now in the process of purchasing my first investment property with Mona's help! Closing is 2 weeks away! I cannot recommend Mona enough! To me she is the GOAT!

Sharon helped us buy our first home completely cross country. She made the process easy, stress-free and provided helpful information and guidance throughout the time we worked together. She was always quick to respond, schedule appointments/viewings and track down additional information needed to make confident decisions.
