We worked with Kate on the sale of our penthouse condo in Brookline. Right from our very first zoom meeting, we were impressed with Kate's knowledge and professionalism. She walked us through the entire selling process, and then came out to our home and talked us through the property prep we should do to ready the house for market. Kate and the Aikenhead team staged our home to show it at its absolute best! Within 48 hours of listing our condo, we received a strong offer with great terms that we were delighted to accept. Kate was great at communicating every step of the way, and we have no hesitation in recommending her!

We were first time home buyers and we loved working with Kate. She is really amazing. She found us a home that met our needs within our budget, which was a challenge as it was a sellers market at the time. She was very patient during the whole process. We wanted to look in several towns and she took the time filtering properties that met our requirements, adapting to our schedule and driving all over the place with us to look at them. She pointed out pros and cons of each, which was very helpful for inexperienced home owners like us. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. She answered all of our questions, explained the process at every step and worked with a difficult seller to finally get us to where we where comfortable. We highly recommend her!

My husband and I are so grateful for Kate and everything she's done for our family. We had the distinct privilege of being pregnant and needing a new apartment during early covid--it was the perfect storm of stress and it was essential we find the right next home for us our daughter. Kate is warm, friendly, and earnest. She is incredibly knowledgeable (I truly did not know JUST how ignorant I was about real estate) and trustworthy. I felt that she genuinely cared about making sure my family ended up in the right apartment. We are still there over 2 years later and could not be more happy with the apartment and our landlord. I feel so so lucky. Absolutely everything was above board with our apartment. Kate was very easy to work with throughout the whole process and always available to answer questions, meet up when necessary, take care of paperwork, etc. It is a no brainer for me to recommend her to others.
