Mary listened to what I wanted in a condo. She didn't bring me to places we both knew I would not want. She kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend her. When friends mention that someone is looking to relocate I always mention Mary and the great experience I had.

Mary has helped us both sell our home and purchase our new one on two separate occasions. She is easy to talk to, very knowledgable about the industry and areas in which we were looking, and if there was an area we were interested in that wasn't part of her expertise she made it a point to become an expert in it. She helped us step by step get through the closing process and always remained positive and responsive. We won't work with anyone else going forward - Mary is our go to.

I can not say enough about Mary and her work ethic, we worked not only with Mary but with the TEAM of professionals that Mary had put in place for us. From Mary to the Loan officer to the lawyer all the way to the final closing we had everything in place thanks to Mary and her people. Like most first time home buyers we did not know where to begin and luckily we found Mary. Everything we needed throughout the process Mary provided on a timely and efficient basis. We could never imagine buying or selling a home without the Help of Mary and her team.

Mary Murray was extremely efficient, organized, professional and courteous in selling our father's house. She was insightful in anticipating any problems/concerns we might have had along the way. She got the job done! I highly recommend her to friends that hopefully become clients of Mary's.

I have had a 17 year full time brokerage career in Downtown Boston and worked with hundreds of brokers and RE sales people. I hired Mary to handle an estate sale in Arlington for my family. Mary is the most responsive, helpful, knowledgeable broker I ever encountered. "Covering ever base", proactively addressing issues, providing truly useful advice, predicting how the local market would respond to the property, and actually predicting how and when offers would come in was completely on target.
