When listing our home we decided to contact Stephanie Cheatham to be our listing agent. She came out to her home within hours of us contacting her and was able to provide us with comps of homes in the area and solid advice on the selling of our home. We had 2 phone calls from buyers agents within minutes of the home being listed. Our home was placed under contract in under 24hrs of being listed. Stephanie communicated with us every step of the way and made this process very stress free. I've used Stephanie for purchasing a home in 2006 and then selling the same home in 2020 and my experience was great on both transactions. I will be recommending Stephanie to my friends and family for all of their real estate needs.

Recently we sold our home and chose Stephanie Cheatham as our Realtor. This process was handled seamlessly. She was able to not only list our home quickly and efficiently, but also have listings within 30 minutes of doing so. Our home was on the market less than 24 hours, and received a full list offer! Stephanie was very easy to work with, knowledgeable and handled herself in a professional manner. She answered all questions regarding home inspections, expectations of the contract process and closing process.

Stephanie helped my brother and me sell a house that was in need of some work. This was the first time my Brother and/or I had sold a house. Stephanie was able to guide us through and help us make decisions on things that my brother nor I would have been able to make without her guidance.
