I could not be more pleased with buying a home from Stephanie Grant with Ball Guy and Associate’s. Stephanie and I spoke about my living needs at length on the phone and in person. She immediately thought of two homes in Forest. Both were showed to me but I loved the second one and asked Stephanie to make an offer. The offer was rejected but after a couple counter offers the home owner and I agreed on a price. From that point onward Stephanie handled everything for me. After delivering the check and signing several documents on 6/27/2025 I closed on the house. Stephanie was with me the whole way answering my questions during the process. Do not hesitate having her help you buying or selling a home. She is the best!

Cam was the absolute best realtor we could have found. He was easy to work with and talk to. He communicated with us throughout the whole buying process. He knows the Bedford area so well and gave us so much insight. We would recommend him to anyone!

Jeremiah did a great job, both selling my townhouse and buying the condo. There were speed bumps along the way but he always had an answer and we were able to move on. He had a good feel for the market and what was available and very knowledgable when I had a viewing, either for the sale or the purchase. If he wasn't available when I texted or called, he got right back to me very quickly. I definitely recommend Bald Guys and Jeremiah.

We had such a great experience working with Matt! From day one, he made the process so much easier than we expected. He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. He was always quick to answer calls and texts, super knowledgeable about the area, and gave honest advice that made us feel confident in our decisions. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate, he was on top of everything and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. On top of being professional, Matt is just genuinely kind and easy to work with. We never felt pressured, only supported. We’re so grateful for all his help and would 100% recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
