Jeremiah Cochenour is the very best!! My mother passed away and we had to sell her home and Jeremiah handled everything so caring and friendly and professional that we could never have found anyone better. The sale was very successful and quick. Then in March, 2024 I placed my home for sale with Jeremiah (and Chloe) and my home was sold and closed on April 1, 2024 The knowledge and expertise cannot be matched. The best and nicest and honest and helpful in the business. I thank the Lord that I had such a fantastic realtor in the stressful times of selling my home and the handling of the sale of my mother’s home at 183 Mountain View Drive in Madison Heights , VA. I will always refer to everyone (and for me) Jeremiah and his real estate firm, Bald Guy and Associates, because the exceptional and honesty and personalized service is the very best anyone could ask for.

Matt was awesome to work with right from the beginning. As an out of state buyer he educated me on various areas we were interested in and helped me spot small details in homes that I otherwise would have missed. He also Helped me find the right home, instead of the what may have been the quickest home to sell. He was also extremely responsive and friendly during the entire process. We couldn’t be happier about our experience working with Matt, or the home he helped us purchase.

Matt is a fantadtic realtor. We worked with him when buying our current home and selling our two previous homes. He is amazingly responsive and really gets to know each family eith whom he works. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty. He really knows the market and offers great advice, resulting in the best deals for which we could have asked. We would definitely work with Matt again, as we consider ourselves lucky to have found him.

He provided honest feedback on properties, and showed a level of local knowledge that aided greatly in my final decision to buy a home. As a first time home buyer, Cameron did an amazing job of walking me through the process and answering all of my questions...or even better, presenting me with information before I knew I needed it. He also possesses a wealth of knowledge on the local area that comes in handy.
