She was our Landlady first, and we really liked with her and decided to hire her to purchase our house. She found us a PERFECT HOME. The process of moving to IL and the transition from a rental property to our new home was very smooth. Highly recommend Simran Dua and like us, if you are relocating from out to state, call her first. Your family will be settled down soon and the experience will be great.

Simran did an amazing job in our home purchase. She was available at all times when we needed her, what stood out was her attention to understand our paint points, and her willingness and ability to work with different parties - sellers' agent, attorneys or lender - to try and resolve them to our satisfaction. We always felt she had our best interest in mind, which allowed us to think together about solutions and actions. Simran is a partner anyone would benefit having by their side in a real estate transaction, so I highly recommend her.

Simran is extremely talented and her expertise in real estate in and out is exceptional. She deserves a million stars. She helped me when I was buying a home and selling my home. She was there all the time when we asked any questions when we were buying or selling a home. If anyone needs to buy or sell real estate, she is the person you should seek help from. She is the best!

Simran is absolutely wonderful person to work with. We bought our home in Naperville remotely from California. Simran was patient and kept showing us homes after homes. Many of those showings had to be arranged by her based on our California timings. That means very late for her. Still, she kept showing many homes across Naperville for multiple weeks. She guided us on the buying process as buying a home in Naperville, IL was a very different experience than buying in Naperville. She taught us how to make a strong offer without pushing our budget and finally help us get our dream home at $12K less than the asking price when everybody was paying 10-20% above the asking price. She is a tough negotiator. She did not stop at the closing but kept helping us to find a gardener, painter, or any forms of service we needed even after buying the home. In short, she is always there whether it is midnight in Illinois or on a weekend. She is a blessing to us. Glad that we met and worked with her. Talk about amazing!!! Simran is, quite simply, the BEST!!! She was lightning-fast to respond to every question or worry that I had; she always had an answer to every issue! And Simran KNOWS real estate inside and out! When to sell, how to stage, all the in's-and-outs of buying/selling. We listened to her advice and got an above-asking price offer on our condo five hours after we listed, then we closed in a month! She is the super-woman of sales, I can't recommend her enough! Thank you Simran!!!
