We were looking to purchase a home in the KC area while we were located out of State. Sherri was extremely responsive and flexible in helping us navigate the logistics of our situation. She was extremely knowledgeable about KC at large and has a great eye for potential issues in homes. She managed the closing of the house flawlessly, and her negotiation skills were perfect. I would recommend her to anyone and thoroughly enjoyed our experience working alongside her. We will definitely be utilizing her for any of our future needs.

Sherri was extremely responsive to us during our home buying process. She is good at spotting potential issues with homes when we toured options. She also guided us through putting in a successful offer and walked us through the negotiation period after we got our inspection results.

I worked with Sherri and her team for over a year looking for just the right property in the downtown Kansas City, Missouri location. They were fabulous!! Sherri and her team were so responsive to questions and helping me adjust searches so we could find the right location. They were more than willing to visit any property I was interested in for me to preview before we committed to making the trip. This was a fantastic experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat if needed!!
