Kelli was amazing. We had a tough go at finding a house with our VA Loan for a bit but Kelli and her Husband made things happen. They were so sweet and kind the the personal and work connections they had helped us find our first home! We love our little house and have already started doing updates and changes all thanks to Kelli. The Chabots’ are kind, sweet, understanding and many other great personal qualities (I could go on forever). As far as work qualities they are both for progressional, knowledgeable and proactive! They really fight for what is best for you and your family. The entire process Kelli kept in mind that we have a baby and what would be best for us not what was the easiest or quickest. She really took her time and made sure things were right for us! We can not thank Kelli enough!!

Kelli and her team were absolutely amazing! Our personal realtor was Aubri Blaize and she is remarkable. Aubri was more support than we could have ever asked for. We were first time homebuyers and Aubri was more than happy to show us multiple homes, help us make our offer more competitive, walk us through the homebuying process, and answer any questions we had. Aubri was also great because her attitude and personality make what could be a stressful situation, fun. The Kelli Chabot Team made the entire homebuying process go smoothly and we are so grateful for them. Highly recommend this team if you are looking to buy, sell, or invest in the Kansas City area!!

We worked with Kelli on selling our old home (in one day) and buying our new home. Her responsiveness and knowledge would be tough to find anywhere else. She isn't pushy and she allows you to make your own opinion on a house while showing it. We looked at houses for about 2 years and she displayed only professionalism and grace knowing that it was a huge decision on our end. Finding a house that we love was her bottom line.
