Shawn helped my parents sell their home at the best price and terms in a very short time frame! He is patient, kind, professional, and detailed. Although our first buyer didn't work out due to no fault of Shawn or his team, he immediately relisted and quickly delivered another buyer at better price and terms. We met with many other agents but Shawn really stood out. His positive attitude makes communication with him very pleasant, and he is quick to respond and assist with any questions. We found his market knowledge to be more thorough than any other agent we met with, and really advocated for the value of the home. Thanks to Shawn and his team, my parents are happily enjoying their retirement!

Tyler's responsiveness was steller, no matter the time of day or night. Any listing we were interested in, he would quickly provide a status, and if still available, would schedule a viewing asap. Tyler always made himself available around our schedule to accommodate as best as possible. His knowledge in the market conditions help us tremendously in making our decision. He kept us fully informed of each step of the process, as this was our first home purchase and did not know what to expect. We truly gained a new friend in Tyler throughout our home search/buying process and would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.

Mikhail is truly the best. He is so knowledgeable about the market, how your house needs to be positioned, what types of things buyers are looking for, and he makes the best and most cost effective recommendations to ensure your house is up to par but you’re not overspending to get your house in sellable condition. He has an entire network of people to help you with anything you need from honest and reliable contractors, cleaning crews, and so much more. The thing that really sets Mikhail apart from other realtors is the fact that he’s so respectful, honest, and actually cares about his client. My wife and I had a consultation with a Livingston Coldwell Banker Realtor and while she was nice at the first meeting, she clearly didn’t care about our well being at all and was incredibly condescending and rude to us when we followed up with her. Mikhail not only helped us sell our house but he also was so helpful and attentive with helping us figure out our next steps and housing options. We will always and only continue to recommend Mikhail to all of our family and friends.
