I have owned my rental property for over 20 years and never used a realtor. After my tenant left Kevin from Danuta’s team contacted me about utilizing their services to rent the property. At first I was skeptical. But Danuta’s profesional and competent demeanor won me over. We signed a 3 month listing agreement a week before Christmas.
