I have owned my rental property for over 20 years and never used a realtor. After my tenant left Kevin from Danuta’s team contacted me about utilizing their services to rent the property. At first I was skeptical. But Danuta’s profesional and competent demeanor won me over. We signed a 3 month listing agreement a week before Christmas. This is perhaps the hardest time to rent a property. Kevin and Danuta tirelessly showed the property and I had a new tenant within 3 weeks at the full asking rent! I can fully recommend Danuta and her team for any of your real estate needs.

Suzi is the best! She had the patience of a saint with us… showed us over 20 houses and never once complained about how indecisive we were or how far she had to drive. She truly cares about finding the right home for you and won’t stop until she does. When another realtor tried to block our offer just because she wanted to represent both buyer and seller, Suzi was genuinely upset and fought for us. She really has your back! I’ll definitely be using her to sell my current house (a big mistake I didn’t do with my last one) Suzi takes selling your home personally and puts her whole heart into what she does. Highly recommend!

Sue is the best! She helped us sell our home for top dollar. Worked with realtors closely. Worked with inspectors closely. Worked with attorneys closely. Hand held thru the entire process. Ensuring there were no hiccups! She was amazing! Will only use Sue going forward!
