I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Tim’s expertise and hard work in helping us sell our house in Wayne, New Jersey. Tim listed and marketed our home and it sold in less than a week. Not only was he in constant communication with us, but Tim was a calming force during a process that can be very stressful. Thanks to his work ethic and professionalism, Tim kept the stress level to a minimum. He went well above and beyond to ensure we had the best selling experience possible. It was a pleasure working with Tim. I met Tim during an open house in my neighborhood, he was knowledgeable about the neighborhood, likeable, relatable, knew the market, all the things you want in a real estate agent, I knew then that I wanted Tim to sell our home. Fast forward 5 months later, Tim had our home sold, he did this by pricing our home correctly, he kepted everyone on schedule, checked in on progress, answered texts, and emails immediately. If you want an agent who is efficient, communicates, goes above and beyond and cares, look no further Tim is your guy! Tim is a true professional and working with his team is awesome! Joe and Tim do a great job of marketing and assisting with every step required to a successful close. There are things that can pop up and it’s great to have a true partner to assist!

Tim was very knowledgeable of the market and local area making a quick sale. He would guide you through every step to ensure a successful and quick closing. His response to questions and follow ups with documentation was exceptional , He treated the sale as if it his own. He made sure that all that we were informed of the processes at all times. His response to questions were expedient. He made a stressful process as smooth as possible. I would recommend him to family and friends with any sale of property.
