Tim was awesome! He went above and beyond in the sale of our family home from the very beginning! He helped us to understand the current market and what we needed to do to get the house ready to show. He listened to us and understood our needs and wants. He communicated to us clearly and often throughout the process and was always available via phone, text or email to answer all of our - sometimes crazy questions. We would recommend him to everyone looking to sell their home in Wayne or nearby Wayne. His knowledge of the area and his professionalism was far above anything we could have expected. He is honest, caring and EXTREMELY PATIENT (all very important attributes). He truly cared about us; listened to our concerns; and worked with us EVERY step of the way. We could not have done this without him. We listed the house and closed the sale very quickly (less than 70 days) and for a price we and the buyers were happy with. Tim is not only top in his field, but he is a remarkable person that we now consider a friend for life!

From the first contact with Tim we knew we were dealing with a seasoned professional and a gentleman. Our elderly parents were contemplating selling their condo in a 55 and older community that they had lived in for 23 years. Needless to say it was an emotional decision for them to move to an Assisted Living facility and sell the condo they had called home for so long. Tim understood the complexities and emotional aspect of the decision and never once pushed us, as a family, to list until we were ready. Once the decision was made Tim got the ball rolling and we received, within 24 hours of listing, a full cash offer over asking price. Tim had arranged beautiful photos to be taken and added to the listing with none of the weird stretching of the photos that so many listings these days you see other realtors do. Tim was communicative, upfront, honest and handled everything in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use him in the future or to recommend to family and friends. Our family is so grateful for his professionalism and kindness. He's a gem!

Tim was very friendly, responsive and gave us great advice on all aspects for selling our house. He know the local market very well and found a buyer with a competitive offer in a week. He is extremely helpful in the entire process. He even helped to move some heavy furniture around and installed new fire alarms in the house. We enjoyed working with Tim very much.
