Thank you Stacey for the amazing help on finding our family's first home. She helped us navigate the current seller's market giving guidance on what we can do to make our offers stronger and thus more likely to be accepted. She provided insights such as comparisons of recently sold homes of similar size, what user and occupancy agreements can do, and what contingencies can make for a stronger offer. She also has a network with mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, and home inspectors that can efficiently close on a home, and ease the burden on first time home buyers who'll need to find these services.
