When I first met Matt I knew he was the person for us. He was very confident in his ability to get our house sold in a matter of weeks. Sure enough he and his team got the house sold within two weeks and closed within the month. Matt and Nick put together a great marketing plan and it showed. We had 3 offers from the Open House and got $51k over asking price. They were responsive, informative and extremely professional in all aspects of our deal. We look forward to working with them in future endeavors!

I cannot say enough good things about Matt. He went above and beyond any other agent, I’ve worked with on the sale of a home in Denville. I’ve worked with a number of different agents and Matt is truly exceptional. I’m glad that I changed my agent of several years to work with Matt and his group. He helped me with the purchase of another investment property in Chatham and the sale of that property. Him and his team are extremely knowledgeable, timely and they worked hard, selling my homes as if they were their own. Matt is helping me now plan the purchase of another investment property and I don’t plan on changing agents anytime in the future. Thank you Matt and your team. You guys are the best. ??
