Matt Gevirtz and Nick Trani are two extremely outstanding real estate agents. They are not only very good at what they do, they pay personal attention to your needs, listen to your suggestions, ideas, etc. Plus they keep you informed at every step of the sale. Matt helped me in selling my condo above the asking price and closed the deal in 4 weeks after the contract was agreed upon. They will treat you like the way Customer should be treated (respect, give advice, listen to your concerns, help you in every step of the way, etc.). Matt and Nick know the NY and North Jersey market very well. Matt and Nick are two really amazing real estate agents and I would gladly recommend them to anyone whether you are selling your condo or a mega mansion.

Matt was great as our sellers agent. Initial assessment itself he came across as very passionate with no frills. He was extremely easy and flexible to work with and offered some great insights and suggestions. Most importantly, he was an awesome advocate, representing sellers interest and handled the negotiations very well. It was a pleasure to work with him and wish him lots of success.

Matt is great! He was my realtor 6yrs ago when I purchased my home he made such an outstanding impression on my husband and I. We decided he was the only one we wanted to help us sell our home. He was there for us every step of the way always offering his help. Answering all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend him. Excellent communication outstanding personality. He went above and beyond.
