I worked with Shaun & Marina when I purchased my home and again when I sold it almost 6 years later. No regrets whatsoever!! They know the market well and they were so supportive and helpful during the entire process from getting my home ready to put it on the market all the way through closing. I mostly communicated directly with Marina and she was always extremely responsive, never leaving me hanging. I felt well-guided and supported by them both and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Shaun McTernan our primary contact in our search for a home in the Bluffton area initial took the time to virtually present resales that were of interest to us and available in Sun City. He presented extensive video descriptions of each property pointing out the positives and the negatives of each home he looked at for us. Ultimately he guided us through the somewhat complicated new home purchase from a Pulte sales associate. He worked with us on zoom calls, video presentations of the lot, was present for most inspections , recommended a law firm to use for closing, insurance agents, investment advisors, and contractors for additional work not included in the build. Marina handles all of the backroom responsibilities. I have never found a better team to help with the purchase of a home and Marina and Shaun continue to offer assistance after the transaction was complete.

Shaun and Marina went above and beyond from day one to help us find the perfect home for our family. Full survice is an understatement. They spent countless hours day and night answering our questions, visiting properties with us and resolving all concerns moving forward with the purchase. If you are in the market for a realtor, look no further. As a first time home buyer I was nervous. They made it so easy and I am blessed to have had the pleasure to work with them.
