Charl was amazing, from our first meeting to the contract signing and move out. I was overwhelmed with the process but he walked me through what this would entail and encouraged me each step of the way. From staging for pictures, to pricing, showings, and advising on offer. Charl was invested in me and worked to ensure my house was ready for buyers. He was very professional, but was also willing to ensure everything that was necessary for a successful outcome was done. He rejoiced with me when there was an amazing offer, and was always on the scene to make sure there were no obstacles or problems with the closing. Charl was wonderful. Gave me just the right advice on how to prepare my home for showing (I followed it and got positive feedback about how well it showed), pricing, and negotiating. My house was a bit smaller than average, and Charl made sure potential buyers saw all it had to offer. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He’s right with you every step of the way! I honestly can’t believe how smoothly this process went. It was my first time selling and Charl made me feel much more confident about the whole process.
