In my opinion, Shannon Martin is the people’s realtor. She facilitated the sale of an old, inherited, long uninhabited, charming fixer upper. It was with much apprehension thinking about this undertaking because I live in another state and am the full time caregiver of a disabled young adult. Shannon created a comfortable atmosphere by fostering a great relationship with me by knowing the market, sharing valuable tips on making reasonable upgrades to make the house more appealing, listening objectively to my opinions, ideas, and constraints and outstandingly showed me her dedication through both expertise and a genuine human connection. Shannon was always quick to respond to my messages and calls which made me feel she was committed to this bumpy process. Selling my home long distance was an undertaking of many tasks and none happened smoothly. Shannon remained steadfast to the goal without injecting personal commentary. She kept me grounded and focused on the big picture and emotionally supported me when I began to sweat the small stuff. I cannot recommend Shannon more highly. When you want a true partner who puts in the work on all the details, and there are more than you can imagine when selling a house, Shannon is your agent!
