From beginning to end she kept us up to date with processes and procedures, which we greatly appreciated as this was our first time selling. Jennifer Stapelton is a gem ! We dealt with 3 realtors over the course of 3 years through the long process of selling our home . It was a horrific experience . After we sold , we looked for references in dutchess county who could help us find a realtor, as we looked for a new home . We went with Jennifer . This experience was SO different . Both my husband and I hold her in the highest regard as she took the stress off our plate , adviced us in every possible way and kept in constant communication with us as she truly cared about us finding the house of our dreams . We had so many questions and she had the answers . When she did not , she said let me get right back to you … and she got back to us right away with all the information we needed and more . She had contacts for us in every which way to help us start our new life . We will be forever grateful that she enters our lives . She is professional , knowledgeable, kind and down to earth . We were so tired entering this next stage and entrusted Jennifer with all we had and she delivered .

We had the most amazing experience working with Jen to purchase our first home! As first time home buyers Jen was there every step of the way to support us, teach us, and answer any questions we had. Jen's expertise and knowledge was so valuable in our home search. She guided us to find our home that we love. She was honest and supportive and we truly feel like we wouldn't have found our home if we didn't work with her. Jen was always very responsive to assist us with anything we needed related to our home search and throughout the buying process. Jen knows the ins and outs of the process from your home search up until the closing day and we couldn't have done it without her. We could not recommend Jen enough she was truly such a pleasure to work with!
