I have known Blake since 1997, which is the first time he represented us in a transaction. He has represented us multiple times over the years as we moved out of and back into the area. Every aspect of our sale and purchase transactions have gone smoothly. Blake is a thorough and knowledgeable professional. He always seems to be familiar with any home in the county. This last sale involves an out of state move and will likely be our last business together. We have come to regard Blake as a friend. I highly recommend him as the professional he is.

We used Blake Micaud to sell our family townhouse in Poughkeepsie. We read reviews on different agents and decided to list with Blake due to his extensive knowledge and experience in real estate. Upon meeting, Blake provided us with detailed market conditions, his plan to market our home, comps of recent comparable sales in the area and recommendations on listing price. We felt confident he could get us a quick turnaround on the sale of our home which was important since we lived out of the area. He took wonderful pictures for the multiple listings which we feel helped draw potential buyers to view the home. Within one week, we had multiple showings and 3 offers from buyers. Blake provided us feedback from the showings and was instrumental in negotiations with buyers. As a result of his efforts, we were able to get more than the listing price. Throughout the process, Blake was very personable and very professional. Blake Micaud met and exceeded our expectations.

Blake came highly recommended by a friend who also used his services. We couldn’t have been happier. Moving can be very stressful, and having someone like Blake in your corner who has a ton of experience was a great comfort for us. Whenever we had questions or concerns he was the calming voice we needed. He always responded right away too. We will be recommending him to anyone who asks.
