Dan did an outstanding job throughout the entire home listing and selling process. He helped us sell 2 investment properties at the same time. I live out of state and he went above and beyond to be the feet on the ground for all matters at both homes. Each home had it's own quirks that required assistance from local contractors and building inspectors, and he handled everything entirely. Dan is incredibly responsive and well connected in the Hudson Valley. Highly recommend him for listing or buying your next home!

Excellent. A tremendous partner in the process and an excellent guide for first time home buyers. Dan provided incredible assistance with the ins and outs of the entire process. We looked at a fairly large number of houses, and Dan was instrumental in vetting each one of them. Thorough and knowledgeable, Dan did a very good job of helping us considering every angle when trying to buy a home, and we felt like valued customers, no matter how long the search seem to run.
