Dan sold my multi-family home in Poughkeepsie fast and for way more than expected! He handled everything flawlessly- from tenant issues, inspections, marketing, repairs, referrals- even stopping by to check on the property while I was out of town. He was extremely communicative, and I was able to be stress-free due to his complete competency in what he does. I am thrilled with his professionalism, expertise, negotiation skills, and that we closed with a great final number. Best agent in the Hudson Valley, hands down. Highly recommend!!!

Dan worked with us on the sale of our house. He is a professional who explained the sale process, kept us updated on the different aspects of it, assisted and explained to us the different situations that arose and proposed solutions and lastly made sure the house showing and offer process went very smooth. Bottom line, we were very satisfied with the sale and the offer we received.

Dan was great through the entire process, especially in assisting us with the closing of an out-of-state sale and a bidding process that was new to us. He was well connected in the area for getting us everything that we needed and always had very helpful input along the way.

Dan did an outstanding job throughout the entire home listing and selling process. He helped us sell 2 investment properties at the same time. I live out of state and he went above and beyond to be the feet on the ground for all matters at both homes. Each home had it's own quirks that required assistance from local contractors and building inspectors, and he handled everything entirely. Dan is incredibly responsive and well connected in the Hudson Valley. Highly recommend him for listing or buying your next home!
