Matthew Kirby helped us to purchase a house in the Las Vegas area while we were far away and never lived in the area. I highly recommend Matthew for real estate transactions since he is an exceptionally good listener, very knowledgeable of the area and builder, used material history, and went above and beyond for customer service. He told us all about the detailed issues of buying a house in the area (Good, bad and ugly). He is a very honest realtor with high integrity. He worked very diligently for our house search. He quickly sent us any interesting listings, took the video, and sent it to us with his expert opinions and comments that are very helpful. We rely on him to find a home (not just a house) for us and he did it after almost a year with a lot of work putting in. Shannon and Christy Fitzpatrick were the most professional people I have ever worked with in Real Estate. Shannon was very quick to respond and took the time really listen to my needs. Shannon went up and beyond expectations to ensure my buying experience was a positive one. Christy showed her tenacity and business acumen when it came to negotiating the terms of the contract. Eric Cline responds immediately to any difficulties that may arise. When we found a house we loved, we had to work with a company to get the financing we needed to purchase it. Unfortunately, the firm we dealt with was chaotic and appeared incapable of simply providing us with a list of what we needed to provide them. Eric Cline handled them in a forceful, effective, and convincing manner. He gave us the information we needed. Eric Cline obviously cares about his profession and the people he works with, and he will go above and beyond to address any difficulties that may arise. He is quite rational and thinks before acting to ensure that whatever he does benefits the people with whom he works.
