Kathryn is very good at her job. She is very punctual, friendly, personable, and was very communicative throughout the whole process. Even though my loan was very difficult to get, and there were many moments of doubt, she stayed by my side every step of the way. Highly recommend working with Kathryn when purchasing a home!

My experience with Ethan was very refreshing. He is not your run of the mill Realtor. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right home.He was patient and caring with me. I was hard to please. He would always say I want you to be happy it’s a big purchase. He was a big help with my financing, because I didn’t work exactly 40 hours a week. My job is full time at Anthem. Ethan was able to get me approved with the mortgage company that he works with. Ethan was very pleasant to work with and helped me every aspect of buying my home. I recommend him highly!

Tenille is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding selling my home. Tennille didn’t just sell my home, she taught me along the way. I bought my home in 2020 and 5 years later, I’m ready to start a new chapter. I told Tennille I was thinking about selling; and from there, she did everything she could to inform my decision. She talked to me about the pros and cons of selling on the market and off the market, how to think about the time and energy investment for repairs and improvements, and once I decided to sell off market, she hit the ground running. She started reaching out to her network within a day, got me an offer within 2 days and more than 15 offers overall, started touring investors within a week and had us closed in about 20 days. She negotiated to get me $30,000 more than originally offered, connected with county officials to help me understand building code, and even saved me $600 in property taxes! I’m so thankful to have had Tennille in my corner during such a huge milestone in my life.

Tennille and I met last year at an Open House. I knew I wanted a home with more space, but wasn’t sure where, or whether I wanted a fixer-upper, new construction or something in-between. Tennille was not only patient as we toured homes, tracked down answers to my questions, and negotiated on my behalf; but she also went above and beyond to be what I needed her to be through some personal changes I experienced in life during the time we worked together. She sold my home and helped me buy another on the same day; and her service didn’t stop there. After closing, she was “boots on the ground” by helping with my move when I had some last minute changes to my moving crew and a tight deadline to move. She went above the call of duty. She also took the time to take a picture of my perfume so she could use it to find a new perfume with Arabian notes as my closing gift. She could have given me a plant, flowers or other “normal” gift. I was stunned and it brought tears to my eyes. It helps to have someone who not only has the knowledge, skill, and patience to get me through the endless tasks involved; but someone who also masters the human side of real estate.

Ethan was a fantastic realtor. We thought our home was going to be on the market for a long time and with his help we had an accepted offer in 4 days. He made the process feel so easy and was always on top of communication. I would definitely use him again!
