We worked with Theresa Benson to purchase our home as part of our move back to Colorado to be closer to family, & we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The process was especially stressful because we had to time everything perfectly between selling our home and California and finding our dream home in Colorado, but Theresa made it feel as easy and smooth as possible. She was always answering our questions and concerns in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. her professionalism knowledge, & dedication truly stood out. Bill is exceptional. Not only was he extremely professional but he was extremely personal. He is a part of my family. He took care of all my needs even though it was not his job to do. I would higher recommend Bill Watson and his team for any purchase transaction. Our house was sold in a very short time period. The transaction went smooth and couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Being in the mortgage profession myself I understand how important it is to have a highly reputable realtor.

I was very pleased with this company, especially since my new home’s closing moved up and timing of sale of my home was more critical. They did a wonderful job and I was able to get much more money than the asking price and pay cash for my new home.
