We met him through a random Zillow showing, and from that first meeting, his extensive experience and deep industry knowledge were immediately apparent. Throughout the entire process, Chris was the ultimate advocate for our best interests. He was never forceful and never pressured us to make a quick deal just to close a sale. Instead, he meticulously reviewed the pros and cons of every property, providing us with long-term perspectives and invaluable insights that we would have otherwise missed. His level of dedication is honestly unmatched. Chris was incredibly accommodating, often shifting his own schedule last minute to get us into a showing or staying available for our questions during the early morning hours and late at night. Mollie was at first a random realtor assigned by Zillow but I kept working with her because of how amazing she was! She was extremely responsive to me even on weekends and late at night, going beyond just being a realtor and helping me out with even the specifics : “like how am I going to fit a washer and dryer in this space? ?? “ She negotiated well and always made sure I felt comfortable with moving forward, there was no uncertainty or pushing. I would highly recommend her!

Highly recommend Chris! He sold our house and had it under contract in under 7 days, which is unheard of in this market. A big part of that was his excellent guidance on pricing strategy. He also advised on smart, cost-effective updates that significantly improved curb appeal without overspending.
