Logan went above and beyond throughout our entire home-buying experience. Her responsiveness was outstanding - she made herself available for questions and property tours whenever we needed, which made the process so much smoother. When we requested information about properties, she delivered it quickly and thoroughly.  She had a great positive attitude and professionalism. She was genuinely a joy to work with, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Most importantly, she helped us find our dream home! For our purchase: When we started working with Mollie, we had a very narrow scope of what we wanted when it came to our home purchase. Mollie took our requirements and ran with them - knocking on doors, calling contacts, and finding us pre-market properties to look at, which gave us lots of options when it came to our purchase. We were amazed by how hard she works, how kind she is, and overall found her to be a great listener who is easy to to talk to. She helped us navigate all of the difficulties that came up during our search, and was determined to find us our dream home in a timely manner, which was time-sensitive and critical because we needed a bigger house and better layout for our baby boy! Besides having a narrow scope, we were also trying to buy in a desirable neighborhood, and Mollie helped us navigate the competition and stress that comes with that. Overall, Mollie found us our dream home and helped us seal the deal on the purchase, helping with issues that arose during the purchase and guiding us through with ease. We are forever grateful to Mollie for her time and effort in getting us to our forever home through many many tours, meetings, phone calls, texts, and questions! For our sale: We loved working with Mollie on the sale of our condo! Overall, she is (as stated) kind, patient, and helpful and we overall found her easy to talk to and a great listener. For a home sale, she prepares a really nice market report and walks you through the process step by step, and she has lots of great tools at her disposal to make your property stand out and to market it. She's a super hard worker too, and isn't afraid to dig in on any issue or question. Mollie does great work - she had the photographer reshoot some photos of the property when they weren't up to her standards, and our listing online looked amazing. Our sale wasn't an easy sale due to an oversaturated market and the imperfect condition of the property. Mollie was positive and helpful the whole way through though - she followed up with all of the agents of people who toured the place for feedback, helped us decide on what to improve before selling, and overall got the sale over the finish line faster than the market average! In the sale, we encountered some tricky issues with both the buyer and the HOA as well, which caused a lot of stress. Mollie spent a ton of time talking through options with us, listening to our concerns, and helping us decide on the correct path forward and I feel like she really went above and beyond to take care of us throughout. I would highly recommend Mollie for a sale!

Logan was very helpful and flexible the whole time. Super knowledgeable and made extra effort in every aspect of the home buying process. She made a point to provide detail on all the homes we looked at and when things were wrong or out of place she gave detailed consequences that would come up from those items. As a first time homebuyer I could not have asked for a better representative on my behalf.

Mollie was very flexible and worked around my schedule. She found me lots of resources to help guide me through the entire process. She toured homes with me and learned what I liked and what I didn't like so that she could better fit my future house to my needs and desires. I recommend her for anyone.
