In my experience, you love the realtor that sells you a house and hate the realtor selling your house. In this case, Scott sold us the house in 2017 that we just sold in 2026, again with Scott as our realtor. Our experience with Scott has been stellar. Communication was spot on the whole way thru the sale, including a difficult closing. Scott has the knowledge that comes from extensive experience in the SW Florida market which really assisted us in navigating through the sale process. Highly recommend him.

Scott is the ONLY REALTOR we will ever use!! We have been working with him for over 10+ years and this is the 4th home we will be using his services for. Scott worked hard to get the job done. Especially with finishing some loose ends with getting the property ready for sale. We had to get last minute landscaping fixed and was very realistic with timeline for getting the house sold in a sellers market.

Exemplary is the best way to describe Scott’s realtor expertise from pre-sale conversations, throughout out the very short sale time to post Closing. Scott was very forthright in his explanation of what to anticipate and expect as we moved forward with selling our home. We talked, Scott listened. Scott talked, we listened. Working together as a team, we reached our goal of selling our home. We commend Scott’s due diligence and effort in negotiating a great price for our home as housing prices are dropping, daily.

Scott is definitely the best! He goes above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. 2025 was exceptionally challenging and he did an excellent job of helping us navigate through the process. We could not have been more satisfied with his performance.
