We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent to help us buy our home. Mark was exactly what we we were looking for in a realtor - kind, low-key (in the best way), honest, an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable. And when we needed him to, he was quick to act, stayed on top of the lender and helped us navigate the home buying process. Mark was patient during our entire process and at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. When we looked at houses, Mark pointed out things that we didn't necessarily think about but were hugely important to our wallet - including the age of the roof and long-term cost to repair and the air conditioning units. When we initially entered the home buying process, we kept our guard up - especially after talking to a few realtors. From our first conversation with Mark, he earned our trust to the point where we felt like we had a partner in our decision making process. What impressed me most was that he always kept our best interests top of mind - even if it meant more time and work on his end. He made a hugely important and often stressful process smooth. And for that, we can't say enough kind words about him.

Our experience with Lois Luber was completely positive. As out-of-state buyers we relied heavily on her to visit properties we were interested in and share with us via FaceTime, videos and photos. She always immediately answered any questions we had. For local buyers it is important to have a responsive agent but for buyers who do not live in the area and cannot personally view a property, it is even more important to work with someone you can truly trust to help you. We 100% recommend Lois.

Mark is a great real-estate agent. He went beyond what he needed to do to help us get the house we wanted in the location we desired. He was patient and gave objective advice on the houses we looked at, even when it meant that he might not have a sale. Even though this was a difficult market for buyers, he wrote many offers until we finally got the house we wanted at an appropriate price. I highly recommend Mark as an agent someone can trust to have their best interests at the core of his service.

Mark found us the perfect home. He knew the city of Cape Coral very well. He was able to to complete the final walk through as we were from another state and we not able to attend

Mark helped me to purchase my house. His kindness and his knowledge are absolutely that what you are looking for. He's been a partner to me in my journey. He is super responsive and he doesn't hesitate to go ahead and look at a house that you are interested. I've been asking a lot of questions along the way about mortgage, insurance, title, and so on. His knowledge is amazing. I will definitely recommend him for anyone who is looking for a house.
