James was such a pleasure to work alongside! He knows his product- the area, history, landscape and most importantly- the homes! His sense of humor made the process a bit less daunting, while his attention to detail allowed us to simply focus on selecting the house that best fit our idea of a Florida dream home. James puts forth the hard work both during and after the sale. He told us, he is "our resource for life!" We will be referring James at every opportunity.

James did a great job marketing our house. We communicated on a regular basis keeping us up to date on any offers and showings.Everything went smooth from the offers to the final closing. We would highly recommend James for purchasing or selling your property.

I sent an email to a handful of realtor's explaining what I had and what I could and couldn't do when it came to showing our house. ( No staging and no open houses ). I told them if they didn't like what I was saying then don't bother getting back to me. A few sent me emails saying that it was going to be a challenge to sell with my conditions, but James called me right away and understood my concerns and was great right from the start. We had tons of online activity from the moment it was posted online, and we had a contract signed on the 11th day for full asking price. James kept me informed of everything along the way and covered every little detail for me. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to sell or buy. Thanks James.

James “Pat” Sommers is genuinely the hardest working real estate agent I have ever hired. My home purchase was a textbook nightmare seller experience. Without his hard work and dedication, I doubt we would have the home of our dreams.

My wife and I first met James ... probably 2018 ... when we first thought that Cape Coral was in our future. We taught us about the area (the deeper detail than just the enjoyment we were experiencing) and we started looking at properties ... but we didn't pull the trigger on anything. We continued to kick tires, including through the Pandemic ... never once did James ask if we were going to get serious. We'd been monitoring 3 daily MLS feeds (set up by James) based on various criteria options we thought might work for us. We found a spot ... he was there while we bid and went under Contract ... but we walked away because of the money needed to fix things up on top of our bid price. Again, he didn't flinch or suggest we wasted his time. Soon after ... we found our target home, bid ... and just Closed ... and I wrote this review from our new Cape Coral home. James was a fantastic resource, asset, and partner throughout our process, better than any Realtor I've ever worked with.
