James was great. As an out of state trustee, it means a lot. James helped me navigate the FL market, as well as organize getting local contractors to handle the nuisance repairs that come with territory. Honestly? I don't know I would have been able to do it without him. If you want to sell a house in Ft Myers from outside the state, I don't think you could do better.

James is an excellent realtor for the following reasons: 1. Very patient 2. Excellent sense of humor to help a stressful situation feel less stressful. 3. Excellent knowledge of the market. 4.Prompt with weekly stats, deal updates, counter-offers. 5. He has an excellent network of vendors to help ready a vacant property for listing and showing. 6. Detail-oriented. Nothing caught him by surprise. I wish I had other rentals to sell so I could work with him again.
