I worked with Gwen to find a home in Lee county. She was very knowledgeable about the various areas, which was helpful for me considering I was unfamiliar. Gwen was also helpful in identifying local vendors for inspections, utilities and construction projects. I'd highly recommend working with Gwen when looking to buy a new home!

Gwen is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. You will never find another realtor that cares as much about her clients, knows as much as she does about not only the market but who to go to for inspections, repairs, etc. She's always quick to respond and if you trust her recommendations everything will go as smooth as humanly possible. I can never thank her enough for all she's done for me.

Gwen went above and beyond. We had to put our home on the market unexpectedly. We were out of the country for a little bit and Gwen was fantastic in keeping us updated on everything that was happening. From open houses to feedback from those open houses. She was available the entire time we were away and quickly responded with whatever we needed. During the closing process, she was able to accommodate us states away. She exceeded our expectations of a Realtor. From the very nice professional photos of our home, to talking us through everything we didn't understand. She was a pleasure to work with She even checked on our home after a storm to make sure everything was ok.
