George is an amazing Real Estate Agent. He has assisted us with 9 property transactions and my elderly parents with 5 transactions. He is very knowledgeable about the market, trends, favorable areas and entire real estate process. He guided us every step of the way and is very patient and always accessible. Our last transaction took us away from SW Florida so we will miss having George's expertise and guidance. You cannot go wrong working with George. He is with the you every step of the way and always looks out for his clients. He will go above and beyond to help you find a home or bring the right buyers to yours if you are selling.

George did an awesome job for the second time!!!! Sold both of our properties really fast and for top dollar!!!!! He was on top of our showings and very impressive for the sales. I would recommend him to anyone!!!!

We were very fortunate to have been linked with George when we began our search for a home in Cape Coral Florida. He knows the area inside and out and just a wealth of knowledge with all things about the state, realty, canals, fishing, location, and all additional costs as a homeowner in FL... and that is a small version list. His connections with any possible service you'd need are abundant. He understands, bends over backwards and works hard. He patiently stuck it out with us for three years and had more confidence than we did knowing the home we wanted would come around. He hears us and didn't let us "just settle" when we were getting tired of looking to make sure we purchased the home that checked of all our boxes. He is accommodating, stays in touch and not out to make the sale as much as he wants to find the right home for his clients. George is a true professional in the real estate industry. He is very knowledgeable of the area and the market. I would highly recommend him for any type of real estate transaction. He found my house 7 years ago and then when we decided to move out of state he was my first and only call. He sold my home in just 3 months in a tuff market. He had a great plan and came through for us. We were also out of town and he took care of the home and any issues that came up. You will not go wrong with George and his team. Highly recommend!!
