Ivan did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our townhome. As first time homebuyers, he made the process and experience very enjoyable. Ivan is amazing. The whole process was great and never did we feel rushed or pressured. Every question we had Ivan was there. He was easy to contact and available every time he was needed. Not only did we close on time but through out the whole process Ivan and his team made everything very easy for us. The communication and updates were much appreciate. He stayed patient and on top of things as the process got closer to closing. It was a very smooth and awesome home buying experience and we are grateful Ivan was the one behind all of it.
