Rich made purchasing my first home such a smooth, stress free process. He made sure to step in and follow up numerous times on minor things that could have been a big issue. His knowledge and reassurance throughout the process was definitely what I needed especially with being a first time buyer. He instantly was trustworthy and I’m so happy he was the one that helped me through the process. Thanks Rich, you really my family and I find our forever home and I couldn’t thank you enough for it!

I can’t even begin to express how happy we are with EVERYTHING you and your team did for my wife and I, from the first interaction back when we bought our first home on 2020 till the moment we find and put an offer for a new home and at the same time have our current home listing. As always you and your team went above and beyond and fight ( knowing it was an uphill battle selling/buying in less then 2 years from buying our first home) for us and alone our side every step of the way, we are truly blessed and so happy to have you in our side! Working with Richard and his team was amazing. Realtors are a dime a dozen, but Richard is truly a gem! He was there for me through the entire process, start to finish. He never pressured me into something out of my budget and really listened to what I was looking for. He was agile and would meet with me at the drop of a hat. The moment we put it an offer on a house, it was evident that he is skilled when it comes to negotiating. He would offer solid advice and then get down to business with the seller's agent. In a hot market, he was still able to get the house 4K under asking! Once the seller accepted the offer, the real magic happened. Richard, his awesome team, and my amazing lender worked flawlessly together to make the process go smoothly. There was a lot of work behind the scenes, but I knew I was in good hands. If you are looking to buy a house, look no further. Richard and his team will take great care of you. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him!
