Richard was very helpful as we are new to the area in search of a house. His extensive knowledge of the market was valuable as he showed us several neighborhoods and areas of development, house styles and options. After we landed on our build, he was very patient in addressing our many questions, accommodating our schedules as we live in another state, providing timely weekly communications. As an investor it is of the utmost importance to have a realtor who understands the market, prioritizes efficiency, and is trustworthy. And I can honestly say that in each of my three transactions with Richard Garrett, he embodied each of these attributes and so much more. First transaction: I was looking for a buy and hold in Clarksville, TN so that I could generate passive income. Richard found me an excellent property in my childhood neighborhood that had an amazing tenant. The entire transaction was seamless. And because it went so well, I decided to have Richard and his Concord Realty team manage the property for me. I am not even sure which words to use that will adequately capture my extreme satisfaction with his property management services. They handle all interactions with the renters, including collecting the rent payment. And they loop me in when necessary. Second and third transactions: This time, I was looking for a property to flip. Richard helped me identify the right property, and the purchase was just as seamless as the first one. The rising interest rates made me very concerned that I would not be able to flip the property, but Richard was undaunted. It was only a matter of days after agreeing on the listing price that he secured an offer on the property. His wisdom was essential during the negotiation process, and we were quickly under contract. While the interest rates made it such that the deal and a few other subsequent deals did not close, Richard stayed positive and each time I had to put the home back on the market, it went back under contract in a matter of days (thanks to Richard's negotiation skills). Throughout the closing process, Richard was wildly responsive (believe me when I say I had alllll of the questions as this was my first time selling a property) and we ultimately closed without incident. I plan to use Richard and Concord Realty for all of my real estate needs in the area, and I strongly encourage you to do the same.

I called Mr. Richard because I had contact with him in the past. We asked if he had anyone to recommend that could get us pre-approved for a home loan. Without a doubt he responded “I sure do” land connected us with Laurie at guaranteed rate. We received the pre-approval in no time and was told to begin to look for housing. Mr. Richard immediately begin the process with helping us to find our first family home. Working with Mr. Richard and his team was such a breeze. He and his team was always there with answers we had about our process. I would recommend Mr. Richard for your realty needs 10+ stars top!!!
