Richard was knowledgeable about the sale of my houses. He reached out to me when I needed help to sell my house. He explained to me how he will work with me as an agent. He put things together to get the house on the market for me as soon as possible. He communicated all steps to me .if a buyer shows interest Richard let's me know about it asap and goes over their terms to me if I want to go their terms. Richard is very professional, dependable and very understanding. I would recommend him to everyone that wants to sell or buy a house. Another thing about Richard is that he can even negotiate the the sellers and buyers agents percentage with you. He is very reasonable and that really impressed me about him. He is not just after the money he will get but he wants to give a helping hand. I will recommend him again and again. Another thing I forgot is Richard gave me a gift card to go get some lunch, that was very appreciated. Thank you again and if I have to go through this process again I will definitely reach out to you.

Was amazing to work with Reason. Was able to help us rent out our current home and close on our new home all in a reasonable time. Was very well at keeping us updated and helping us view the home as much as possible. Alone with helping us find anything we needed to move in or getting things move in ready for both properties. Would use him again in the future if ever needed.

Richard did a great job in assisting us in finding and buying a new home. He showed us several models that were readily available but we decided to go with a new build and he was there every step of the way. As with most folks i knew what i wanted and what i wanted to spend, Richard kept me within my desired limits and area there was no pushing to up the budget or hitting me with a bunch of add-ons. He’s a person in demand and he still made time to answer my calls/text and even with my constant changes he had no issues and worked with me on the pros and cons of my choices. We met regularly throughout the build process and even came in ahead on close date. He’s my first call when it’s time to buy again and should be your first call when you’re ready to buy or sell. Lastly, he’s prior military so he understood why i had certain desires and needs in my new home. Give him a shot, you will not regret it.
