Daniel was knowledgeable, patient, and awesome throughout the homebuying process and followed through after closing, going well above and beyond expectations of a real estate agent. He found us the right house for the right price despite the tumultuous market. Now that the sale is complete we continue to rely on him while deployed. I had a pipe burst and his willingness to help while i have nobody else to lean on was far above and beyond the scope of his job. His willingness to go above and beyond in service, not only through the sale but after makes him so much more than an awesome real estate agent.

The Hannah Price team provided a smooth, helpful, and enjoyable experience through the selling and buying process. Trey Pruitt and Daniel Martinez were amazing agents and were quick to respond to any question that we had. Our house was under contract within one day of listing, and we were under contract with our new home in the same week! Once we were under contract, Cindy Tyra helped make this process painless and simple. Lastly, Aaron Sheats, from Honor Home Loans, provided great service in securing our loan! We had the best team in our selling and buying process, and I recommend all of them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the near future.

The Hannah Price Team members were absolute rock-stars through every stage of the buying/selling process! From the initial meeting discussing what we were looking for to the closing of both homes, everyone was so kind and professional. Trey and Hannah knew exactly what we needed to do to get our home ready to sell, Daniel was very resourceful in negotiating the price of the home we purchased, and Cindy made sure all the paperwork and official forms were in our inbox and taken care of in a timely manner. You absolutely cannot go wrong with choosing the Hannah Price Team as your real estate partners!

I had the opportunity to sell my property in Clarksville, TN and was approached by Quirion Realty - Hannah Price Team member, Mr. Trey Pruitt. Since this was my first experience in selling property, Trey showed a sincere interest in the project while using support and guidance as well as great coaching techniques to educate me along the way. His ability to clearly communicate the process and his ability to rapidly adapt quickly to changing situations ensured that all issues were taken care of promptly. Trey turned problems into opportunities while effectively solving all issues. He most definitely is skilled in proposing optional solutions. He kept me informed throughout the process through telephone calls, texts, and ZOOM calls. I could not have accomplished this mission with out his skilled guidance. Thanks for a Job Well Done. During Trey's absence Cindy Tyra also a member of the Hanna Price Team, advised me of times, dates and documents needed to facilitate the final closing. I would be re-missed if I did not mention the Head of the Team, Hanna Price herself. She provided team with support through holding meetings to get a full picture of the issues that were occurring and provided her team with the resources needed to attain results as well as in developing strategic alternatives. Bottom Line: I could not have completed this mission without this great bunch of people. My best goes out to the whole team for the fantastic job that they did for me.
