Rhonda is the best person you could have on your side. I was having a TON of issues with my lender and Rhonda was communicative and supportive throughout the entire ordeal. She fought for me and consistently pushed for my best interests in a professional and firm manner. Five months after I closed, I realized that the seller had given me incorrect information about HOA dues in the listing and contracts, and Rhonda was quick to reach out to the seller's agent for clarification and discussion. Once again, she was firm and clear about expectations, while being incredibly professional. She always ensured that I knew what was happening and explained any questions I had. I would trust her with my first born child if I had one. She is amazing!!!!

I am (was!) a first time home buyer, and things were greatly complicated due to the pandemic during my housing search; for much of the time I was actively looking (December 2020 - March 2021), I wasn't even in the same state! However, from our very first virtual meeting, Gordon set my mind at ease. He was warmly professional, always responsive, and provided much needed insight and expertise on the market. Even though I wasn't able to see many of the homes in person, Gordon's virtual walkthroughs were very thorough and really helped steer me in the right direction to figure out the features I was most interested in (I had very little idea of what I really needed or wanted at the start), and eventually locate the right place for my situation and make an offer. Despite a somewhat complicated process (the seller was overseas and there was a significant time difference, the house was occupied up until the day of closing, etc.), Gordon handled everything masterfully - including easing my anxiety at multiple points throughout - and really went the extra mile to get me to a wonderfully smooth and on-time closing day. There were so many steps and contact points that I didn't have to worry about because Gordon already had it handled them by the time I even thought to ask. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gordon for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area.

We had a great experience with Rhonda and Gordon! Our story is nuts: within 72 hours of our deciding to move, we found a house, bid, and won. Within those 3 days, we found & met Rhonda and Gordon, who moved at lightening speed when we realized a rare house was on the market that fit our criteria! They helped us write an offer that beat six other bidders. We then listed and sold our current home. We received multiple [good] offers and were under contract within 10 days of our initial decision to move! The Mortensen team is responsive, thorough, and stuck with us thru the end (met us at both closings). Highly recommended.

Rhonda is a skilled, fair professional who you want to have on your side. She is consistently responsive and takes the time to understand your needs. With her experience, she knows the market and various players involved in a real estate transaction. Highly recommend.
