Donna Kerr sold our home quickly in a real estate market that was very weak. We were moving out of state and wanted a realtor who was able to take care of everything that was needed to get the home ready for sale after we left. At our first meeting she came prepared with data and charts. She answered all our questions. We liked her approach to pricing the property correctly for the current market. She was very respectful of our wishes and we appreciated her professional advice. She had the home prepared for sale, by making the necessary repairs and staged it beautifully. The house was on the market within two weeks as promised. The MLS listing was impeccable, with photographs that were beautifully composed. She and her team at Donna Kerr Group worked efficiently. They gathered all the information pertaining to the home, ready for the buyer. She found a buyer right away and we closed in less than a month! Donna is easy and pleasant to work with. She is professional, trustworthy and kind. Her great negotiating skills resulted in a very smooth, speedy and successful sale. She is highly recommended.
