My husband and I worked with Andres and Andrea to buy our first home in DC. Though just a starter condo, we got the million dollar treatment from both of them! I’m a cautious person and don’t make decisions lightly, but I felt comfortable letting Andrea and Andres take the reins. Our initial meeting was great, they laid out the whole process and the ‘cast of characters’ we’d meet. They spent all the time I needed to answer questions and followed up promptly whenever we had questions throughout. They truly worked in our best interest, Andrea ensuring we stayed within budget and working hard with us to get on the same page with lenders (which was definitely the hardest part!). We’re so happy to have closed on a beautiful condo we’re proud to call home! Andres and Andrea, thanks again to both of you! You made a tough process much easier. Looking forward to the housewarming and to working together again in the future!

Andres has been PHENOMENAL to work with! He helped us purchase our home in 2018 and it was a smooth, easy, process. We felt like our hand was held, our questions quickly answered, and were supported in every way. We then sold our home in 2023 and had another phenomenal experience working with Andres and Yasmin. This duo divided and conquered to efficiently and quickly address all of our needs, selling our home within 1 month of listing! I went with Andres and Yasmin because Andres was from my community and knew it well and he and Yasmin presented to me a team that would be working on my sell and would be using some of the latest technology and methods of networking with potential buyers. They kept me updated throughout the process with each new development and they were able to find a buyer at a good selling price for me even though interest rates were rising.

I've known Andres for practically my whole life and there was never any question who my wife and I would trust with the purchase of our first home. Andres and his outstanding team were more than realtors, they were family and they treated us as such every step of the way. Being that this was our first home purchase, we obviously had many questions. Andres and his team addressed every single one of our needs with grace, patience and kindness. They ensured that every single step of the process went smoothly, from the home visits (which they arranged in a very quick and organized manner) to the negotiation process (getting us a price right on budget) and beyond (even going as far as getting a couple of small house-warming gifts for us)! Andres is a pro's pro -- person who knows everything there is to know about the D.C. metro area. More than that, Andres is a great person, a wonderful father, husband and son and a fantastic friend.
