Regina and her team are simply spectacular. Professionalism, passion, people skills, they have it all. My husband and I worked primarily with Regina's partner Madison, and I was impressed from the moment I met her. Backed by Regina's 15+ years of experience, Madison made our (first!) home buying process seamless and incredibly enjoyable. They know the market, they know their clients, and they are meticulous with every detail to get their clients the BEST house for them. Regina and Madison are an amazing team to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were always available to answers all questions we had and walked us through the buying process from start to finish. We relocated from Ohio and were a little overwhelmed at the beginning. Madison and Regina gave us great information about the area as well as the market. We love our house! They went above and beyond helping us get comfortable with Tacoma. We highly recommend working with this team!

You won't find a better team of realtors whether buying or selling. The whole team was awesome and helped me sell my home of 28 years during a very difficult time in my life. The house was staged and listed within a week of me making the decision to sell. The marketing material and professional photography was impressive. The house sold over list price to the very first family who viewed it, only hours after the MLS went live. Contractors were lined up immediately by the team to take care of any repairs that needed to be addressed. The house closed within a month and I am now in a new chapter of my life. They are so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and great business women. They will research the market and give you a price that is correct for your home. I have worked with other agents who inflate the price and the process takes forever and deals fall apart. I can't say enough! So glad I was able to work with these lovely ladies. They won't disappoint

We've known Regina since we purchased our first house through her in 2011. With the addition of her daughter Madison these ladies are unstoppable. They are a great team with great experience and we could't have asked for a better pair to go through this process with.
