Rashad was referred to me after complications with another realtor. As a native to the area his knowledge of homes, schools, shopping, activities you know name it Rashad knows all the details. His dedication to his clients is phenomenal he picked me up as a client with zero hesitation and delivered nothing but results. I commend him on his ability to work with me when I was 8 hours ahead in a different country and still being able to be responsive in a timely manner and relay all information I needed. When it comes to negotiations Rashad is unmatched upon finding a home and going under contract, he fought to get everything we asked for remedied and made it happen. Personally and professionally I am very grateful to have had Rashad he did nothing but impress and deliver and has my strongest recommendation to anyone look to find a home.

Rashad was a huge help to me and my wife finding our home. He showed us properties that all matched what we were looking for and we never had to wait around or remind him to do anything. I found Rashad very knowledgeable and easy to work with from beginning to end. We discussed what I wanted and within hours he was showing me houses that met my needs. I would recommend him to any person thinking of getting a home or wanting to sell. I will also say that Rashad met and adapted to my work schedules.The experience was just that good now if only I did not have all these boxes from moving (smile). Truthfully he just made the whole process easy, enjoyable and relaxing and definitely would use him again if needs arise.
