Payton is the man. He’s a genuine sweet guy who’s been doing real estate for awhile and knows what he’s doing. He’s very laid back and patient. We got an offer on the first day our house hit the market. 11/10.

My experience working with Jared Landeros in Illinois was not what I expected. We brought him in to assist with a novation deal, but along the way, communication and transparency became a concern. Some actions were taken without our knowledge or consent, which unfortunately caused confusion and led to missed opportunities. I hope this feedback helps encourage better communication and professionalism in future transactions.

Carson was great! Gave us a tour with 2 hour notice and followed up quickly with all our questions on the house! Very knowledgeable and timely so the process was not as stressful as we thought it would be as first time home buyers thanks to his help!
