A year ago I found Chris thru Zillow since i needed to buy a house from a different state. He did virtual tours and sent me alerts as new houses hit the market. He really understood what we were looking for. We found the perfect house in the perfect location. This year, when we had to sell the house, I immediately called Chris again. He had the house sold in one day and handled ALL the details with the buyers agent. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his team. Absolutely top notch!!!!

The team was quick and efficient with the entire home buying process. I got to view & put an offer in on the same day it listed. All of my questions got answered and they had my best interest at heart. Negotiations went smooth and in my favor. They even helped facilitate a lease agreement for my tenant. Would highly recommend!

Chris , MORE REALTORS, did an excellent job helping us sell and look for a property. Before chosing Chris we interviewed 2 other highly rated agents. In both cased the other agents wanted us to do updates and still suggested listing the property much lower than Chris did. Chris only advised us to declutter and listed much higher than either other agent suggested. We had multiple offers on the 1st day. During the whole process, Chris negotiated skillfully on our behalf, and never asked us to make concession to expediate the sale. Also him and his team were always available, and responded to all our questions. They showed us every property we requested to see. And they didn't just open the door. They carefully examined the property along with us.

Chris helped us buy our first house in January of 2018. He helped us narrow down what kind of home we were looking for and was patient as we dragged him through dozens of houses. Chris was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hard-working. Now, we have the pleasure of working with him for numerous projects. The last property we purchased with him was a rental, in 2019. He is very detailed oriented and gives great advice. I can continue but I encourage you to experience a great service yourself!
